Two polar bears stranded on a chunk of melting ice

So-called stranded polar bears on a chunk of melting iceUsually, when this photograph is seen, we are all (maybe not all of us) inspired to stop global warming. However, like so many cases, this picture was used (still is) as a tool of manipulation and false information. As can be seen in this story, this picture is attributed to Dan Crosbie courtesy Canadian Ice Service. However, the source of this picture is not what it appears to be.

Carole "CJ" Williams, from NewsWithViews, has unearthed the true story behind this picture:
"The picture, wrongly credited to Dan Crosbie, an ice observer specialist for the Canadian Ice Service, was actually taken by Amanda Byrd while she was on a university-related research cruise in August of 2004, a time of year when the fringe of the Arctic ice cap normally melts. Byrd, a marine biology grad student at the time, was gathering zooplankton for a multi-year study of the Arctic Ocean.

"Crosbie, who was also on the trip, pilfered the polar bear photo from a shared computer onboard the Canadian icebreaker where Ms. Byrd downloaded her snapshots; he saved it in his personal file. Several months later, Crosbie, who is known as an avid photographer, gave the photo to the Canadian Ice Service, which then allowed Environment Canada to use it as an illustration for an online magazine."

Has South Africa really changed under black rule?

Veteran anti-apartheid activist, John Minto, from New Zealand, says 'No!'

He also said that the ANC government had left blacks in South Africa "worse off than they were under (white) minority rule."

"When we protested and marched into police batons and barbed wire here [NZ] in the struggle against apartheid, we were not fighting for a small black elite to become millionaires.

"We were fighting for a better South Africa for all its citizens. The faces at the top have changed from white to black, but the substance of change is an illusion."

Sex in new video game

Entertainment gurus, from TV to video games, seem to always have this immoral bent that seem to push them to further push the boundaries of morality in their entertainment genres.

The opening paragraph of a news report at Cybercast News Service tells it all:

"A new, best-selling video game, Mass Effect, made for the Microsoft Xbox 360 console, allows the characters to engage in explicitly graphic sexual intercourse. Some game experts and pro-family analysts say Mass Effect is marketed to young kids and presents a moral danger to them and that the companies making and marketing the game should be prosecuted."

We're proud of killing babies, dammit!

Following the presidential primaries in the U.S.A. is very interesting. It shows the true colours of those who are in the race.

After losing to Barack "I was never a practicing Muslim" Obama, Hillary Clinton felt that claiming to be more committed to abortion (read "killing babies") than Obama, was a badge she could wear proudly for the world to see.

Read about this disgusting, mind wrenching claim, at LifeSiteNews.
