Obama keeps talking about change. He is going to bring change, he says!
When people say stuff like that it makes me think. What change does Obama mean?
In his acceptance speech as the Democratic nomination to fight for the presidency of the U.S. he says:
"Ours -- ours is a promise that says government cannot solve all our problems, but what it should do is that which we cannot do for ourselves: protect us from harm and provide every child a decent education; keep our water clean and our toys safe; invest in new schools, and new roads, and science, and technology.""Protect us from harm?" Does he really mean it? How can he? This man stands for the wholesale slaughter of little babies in their mothers' wombs, and then calls it by the killers' commonly used euphemism, "choice!" Whose choice? Certainly not the baby's choice! And, why kill the baby when the mother couldn't keep her panties up and the father couldn't keep his pants zipped? Is this justice? Probably not a concept that Obama understands. Oh yes, he doesn't want his daughter to be inconvenienced the rest of her life with a "mistake!" "Kill the baby, you only made a mistake." This is what Obama stands for. Change? No way!
Obama is a typical Democrat. A big government that interferes with everything. It is a cult of the state. The state becomes the solution to everything. And since the state is the solution to everything, everyone within that state must line up with the policies, laws and thought patterns of the state. These thought patterns will be prescribed by the state, and will eventually limit free speech to all dissenters (read "Christians").
Obama will not bring true change. He is a strong supporter of the homosexual lifestyle and even wants to make it lawful for them to marry. Once it becomes lawful for homosexuals to marry, it will inevitably become unlawful to voice dissent to that law and their deviant lifestyles, and Obama's friends, the homosexuals, will make sure that they get special protection under the law.
So, what change does Obama want to bring? He claims that his plans will bring affluence to all, while Jesus said that we will always have the poor with us. The problem with Obama's plans is that they may bring affluence, technological advance and more education (read "indoctrination"), but they will eventually steer the U.S. to complete moral bankcruptcy.
When a culture of death (abortion, euthanasia, etc) and of moral deviancy and degeneracy (homosexuality, bestiality, etc) is being created, then no matter what material advances are being made, a nation will eventually self-destruct.
(12) A worthless person, a wicked man, goes about with crooked speech, (13) winks with his eyes, signals with his feet, points with his finger, (14) with perverted heart devises evil, continually sowing discord; (15) therefore calamity will come upon him suddenly; in a moment he will be broken beyond healing.America has exalted sin in its midst now for a very long time. Its list of sins being exalted grows by the day. Some of these are pornography, abortion, homosexuality and many more.
Pro 6:12-15 ESV
Be assured, an evil person will not go unpunished, but the offspring of the righteous will be delivered.
Pro 11:21 ESV
Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a reproach to any people.
Pro 14:34 ESV
Do not be deceived: God is not mocked, for whatever one sows, that will he also reap.
Gal 6:7 ESV
If America does not put a halt to this soon, reversing the course, its ascendancy will quickly become a descent into oblivion and meaninglessness.
All I can say to the U.S. is, "Repent! And believe in the Lord Jesus!"

A Pretoria High Court judge has ruled in favour of a homosexual man, Johan Strydom, for so-called 'unfair' dismissal based on his sexual orientation.
In this watershed, unrighteous--and indeed, evil--ruling, the judge ordered the NG (Dutch Reformed) Church of Moreleta Park here in Pretoria, to apologise to Strydom for its conduct against him, and also to pay him R87 000 in damages.
At the time of his dismissal 3 years ago, Strydom was living in a homosexual relationship.
The ruling by Judge Dion Basson will have dire consequences for churches, and indeed for Christianity in this nation. Based on his ruling, it probably will not be long before anyone who speaks out against the evil and despicable lifestyles of homosexuals will either have to pay up, or worse, go to jail.
I do not believe for a moment that Strydom did not know about the church's stand on homosexuality. That makes Strydom the fraud in this case. He is the one who misrepresented himself in this situation. Further, I am sure that if the church fired someone for being in an adulterous affair, nothing would have come of it!
Strydom is living in sin, and his continuation in this sinful lifestyle demanded that the church fire him. The fact that there was no "shred of evidence that Strydom had to teach Christian doctrine as a music teacher," has nothing to do with the issue here. Any unrepentant sinning member in the church is to be excommunicated, whether he teaches doctrine at the church or not. Further, rendering excellent services at a church has nothing to do with a person's way of life. Even the devil can render good service, but that will not make a church employ him! Also, holding to the right "religious beliefs" cannot make up for a life of sin.
In my opinion, the Moreleta Church has absolutely nothing to apologise for. They stood for what they believed the Bible says about homosexual deviancy, and should be congratulated that they were willing to stand up against this evil.
The judge in this case should be ashamed for the ruling he made. Here in this Romans passage even those that approve of such heinous lifestyles such as homosexuality, are deserving of death (not inflicted by any human being, but God in the last day). Men like Judge Basson and Strydom can, however, escape this eternal death, typified by the eternal flames of hell, if they turn from their wicked ways, and follow Jesus Christ.

Chuck Baldwin, the Constitution Party nomination for U.S. president says McCain is not pro-life.
I also do not believe McCain will be much better as president than Obama.

WARNING: The report mentioned here contains VERY explicit pictures of absolutely abhorrent, perverted, depraved and despicable behaviour by those "wonderful" homosexual constituents of the San Francisco government.
All of this happened while the police just stood by and did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

This simply reveals the homosexual lifestyle!
David Freddoso is the author of 'The Case Against Barack Obama.'
Michelle Oddis interviewed Freddoso on his book and it is quite revealing. Here is an excerpt:
"Michelle Oddis: Dave, you're a reporter, not a columnist. You've worked very hard to dig into the Obama story. You've said that you started reporting on Barack Obama in 2004. After all this research, what do you think is the most important thing people should know about Sen. Obama?
"David Freddoso: The main lesson is that Barack Obama's record, throughout his career, demonstrates conclusively that he has never been a reformer, that this image of 'change and hope' that he projects is really a great lie. In fact there's never been a single time in Senator Obama's political career where he did something that was difficult and would cost him politically for the sake of needed reforms and change."

It is so refreshing to see someone from Hollywood making a stand against the liberalism of the Democrats and Barack Obama. Hollywood usually sucks up to everything liberal and Democrat.
Jon Voight hits the nail on the head concerning Barack Obama in his op-ed in the Washington Times. He wrote:
"Sen. Barack Obama has grown up with the teaching of very angry, militant white and black people: the Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Louis Farrakhan, William Ayers and Rev. Michael Pfleger. We cannot say we are not affected by teachers who are militant and angry. We know too well that we become like them, and Mr. Obama will run this country in their mindset.
"The Democratic Party, in its quest for power, has managed a propaganda campaign with subliminal messages, creating a God-like figure in a man who falls short in every way. It seems to me that if Mr. Obama wins the presidential election, then Messrs. Farrakhan, Wright, Ayers and Pfleger will gain power for their need to demoralize this country and help create a socialist America."

"Contrary to the findings of some researchers who have tried to posit a purely genetic origin for same-sex attractions, Tatchell wrote, 'Genes and hormones may predispose a person to one sexuality rather than another. But that's all. Predisposition and determination are two different things.'
"Homosexual activists have adopted the 'gay gene' theory to bolster their assertion that any objection on moral grounds to homosexual activity is akin to objecting to left-handedness or skin colour. It has supported the accusation that Christians and others who object to the homosexual movement are racists and bigots."

Alexander Solzhenitsyn (11 Dec 1918 - 3 Aug 2008) had an amazing life. Apart from being a literary hero, he also almost single-handedly brought the old communist USSR to its knees.

In my opinion, we are busy 'evolving' into technological barbarians. From the ANC's rhetoric of violence (if Zuma is found guilty or does not become president of South Africa) to public toilet use, the evidence stands as a monument to our cultural demise.
Even though the world is growing technologically, it has become abundantly clear that technology (or the lack thereof) does not define a barbarian.
Barbarians lack the ability to govern themselves, the ability to follow the law and what is right, when no one is looking. The fact that more and more laws need to be enacted shows that people can no longer be self-governing individuals and need to be governed from the outside.
Don't think that only the big issues such as abortion, pornography, sodomy (or sodo-marriage) and other "big" immoral issues are the only indicators of a declining culture!
Smaller things are also indicators of such a decline into barbarianism. Areas in which one would think it would be easy to exercise self-governance are good indicators of this downward trend.
Simple things such as skipping red traffic lights show that we have lost that inner governing ability of a civilised people. It is a clear indication that people simply do not care about law. Jesus said something very interesting. "One who is faithful in a very little is also faithful in much, and one who is dishonest in a very little is also dishonest in much." (Luke 16:10) When people cannot faithfully govern themselves, why should they be entrusted with anything more than that?
Public toilets are also an indication of our cultural decline. It is becoming increasingly difficult to enter public toilets at malls and to find one that is clean and usable. Don't men lift toilet seats anymore, or can't they aim anymore? Even where I work (business complex with several companies), I have resorted to buying antibacterial wipes for use on toilet seats. I have found the toilet seats soiled many times. How much does it take to just look down at the toilet after getting up to ensure that it is left clean?
When I was a child, my mother always taught me to leave things better than the condition I found them in. That is no longer an idea that is popular. Next time you are in the parking lot of a shopping mall, have a look at those shopping carts standing around. Many of them are left standing in the middle of parking spots. Even when there are places where these carts can be taken, people leave them right there next to where they parked and drive off without any regard for others that need to park there!
I think that one of the major driving forces towards a declining culture is its level of selfishness or its hedonistic tendencies. With these two driving forces, people easily lose their respect of others and think only of themselves. The end result is that anything goes as long as it is pleasing to themselves! Life becomes a rush after self-pleasing activities, whether such activities encroach on the so-called "rights" of others or not.
If we do not find a way to stop this decline, then the next step will be anarchy, where those that said they will kill for Zuma will actually follow through with their vitriolic outbursts. Perhaps we are there already!?
May God have mercy on us!

Everybody probably knows about the Chinese human rights violations that are being committed on a regular basis by Chinese authorities on its own people. Except for those living under rocks, I guess!
Did you know that American companies are helping the Chinese government in their totalitarian expansion among its citizens, by supplying and developing the technology to create, as John Whitehead says, "electronic concentration camps?"
In his commentary, Chinese Totalitarianism, American-Style, Whitehead writes:
In the wake of the 1989 Tiananmen Square massacre, Congress actually passed legislation that was intended to prevent U.S. companies from helping Chinese authorities suppress human rights and democracy. Since then, American corporations have been working to side-step the prohibition while exploiting every loophole and simultaneously lobbying Congress to lift the restrictions and allow them free play in China’s homeland security market.
This includes security and communications giants such as IBM, General Electric, United Technologies, Honeywell, DuPont and Motorola, as well as technology giants such as Google, Microsoft and Yahoo. The motivation, of course, is money. According to Klein, “the global homeland-security business is now worth an estimated $200 billion — more than Hollywood and the music industry combined.” Thus, for the sake of greed, these companies have become turncoats to freedom, completely selling out America’s once-cherished ideals of democracy.
